Responsibilities
- To provide maintenance and repair services for allocated units of Veda
- Co-ordinate with spare sales team to share requirements at the Customer’s end
- Ensure that Customer log books are maintained.
- Carry out systematic maintenance activities in the plant as per the service contract and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Gather technical data related to the problem at hand, analyze the issue, propose and implement a logical solution for troubleshooting.
- Attend to breakdown on priority keeping the interest of the customer in mind.
- Prepare Service reports and liaise with finance to collect payments.
- Check available spares during customer visits and recommend spares.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the customer by providing exceptional service experience.
- Check, validate and submit site related expenses to service manager, i.e. labour, suppliers, site purchases, etc.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma Engineers with 2 to 4 years of experience in utility maintenance.
