Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development:
o Identify, prospect, and develop new sales opportunities for O&M contracts within
various industries (manufacturing, energy, utilities, etc.).
o Establish and manage relationships with key decision-makers, including plant
managers, facility managers, and procurement teams.
o Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing for O&M services,
ensuring client needs are met.
o Develop and execute strategies for increasing market share within the O&M sector. - Client Relationship Management:
o Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer
loyalty.
o Address client concerns, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure high levels
of customer satisfaction.
o Coordinate with clients to understand their operational requirements and tailor O&M
offerings accordingly. - Proposal & Contract Management:
o Prepare and present proposals for O&M services, ensuring all technical, commercial,
and contractual details are accurately addressed.
o Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, etc.) to prepare
competitive, customized O&M solutions.
o Negotiate and finalize O&M contracts, including service level agreements (SLAs) and
key performance indicators (KPIs). - Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
o Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor
activities, and client needs.
o Analyze customer feedback to refine service offerings and adapt to changing market
conditions. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure smooth
implementation of service agreements and delivery of solutions.
o Provide ongoing support and coordination between clients and internal teams to
ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of equipment and assets. - Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client meetings, proposals, and
contracts.
o Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports to senior management - Training & Product Knowledge:
o Stay current on the latest O&M technologies, trends, and regulations affecting client
operations.
o Participate in product and service training sessions to maintain expertise in the
company’s O&M offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in O&M sales or service-related industries, with a strong
understanding of service contracts, operations, and maintenance services. - Strong technical background or familiarity with O&M solutions for industrial
equipment, machinery, or facilities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions.
- Willingness to travel as required.
