Responsibilities
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Carry out systematic maintenance activities in the plant as per the service
contract and to the satisfaction of the customer. - Gather technical data related to the problem at hand, analyze the issue, propose
and implement a logical solution for troubleshooting. - Attend to breakdown on priority keeping the interest of the customer in mind.
- Prepare Service reports and liaise with finance to collect payments.
- Check available spares during customer visits and recommend spares.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the customer by providing exceptional
service experience.
Commissioning
- Carry out commissioning of the Boilers & heaters as per commissioning
guidelines. - Carry out testing of the Boilers & Heaters units as per design parameters, to
ensure that quality standards are met. - Support Project engineer in technical hand over of the site to the customer
- Prepare commissioning reports for core equipment and the complete project.
- Provide design feedback to Solution Engineer/Project Engineer
- Adequately train customer’s staff/operator for Operations & Maintenance.
- Recommend spares requirement to the Customer & co-ordinate with spare sales
team to ensure that spares are supplied to the customer. - Check, validate and submit site related expenses to service manager, i.e. labor,
suppliers, site purchases, etc.
Requirements
- The candidate should be Diploma/ BE in (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical)
- He should have 6-7 years experience in providing service for utilities.
