Our heaters are available in both solid fuel firing as well as oil/gas firing versions, so that you get the advantage of economically available fuels. Thermal oil heaters range from 0.1 million kcal/hr to 20 million kcal/hr. All thermal oil heaters are made with a coil type design ensuring instant heat.
Thermic fluid heaters (also known as thermal oil heaters) are industrial heating equipment that is used when only heat transfer is desired and not pressure. Thermic fluid circulates throughout the system to transfer heat for the desired process. The combustion process heats the thermic liquid, and this fluid then carries heat and rejects it to the desired fluid in order to complete the processes. This fluid is then re-injected into the thermic liquid heater, and the cycle continues.

Four-pass solid fuel-fired thermic fluid heater (coal/wood).
The Four Pass Thermic Fluid Heater is composed of two heat-exchangers, namely the radiant pass heat-exchanger and convective heat-exchanger. Radiant pass heat transferr is a conical coil with highly graded insulation material on the outer surface. This helps to prevent heat loss. Convective passes are made up of two parallel concentric coils that have been designed to transfer heat convectively. The set of coils are covered by a shell and this shell is insulated against heat loss. A specially designed refractory tube connects the radiant and convective zones, allowing flue gases to pass between them. The complete unit consists of a radiant coil, convective passage, Fire chamber, sufficient grate surface, F.D. The unit is composed of a radiant coil, convective pass, Fire chamber with sufficient grate area, F.D. Fan to exhaust air and induce it from the system.

Three-pass LDO/Gas-fired THERMIC fluid heater
Thermic Fluid Heaters can be installed horizontally or vertically, depending on the available space. These are constructed of two concentric parallel helical coils that provide sufficient heat transfer. They are fitted with burners that burn a variety of fuels, including LDO, Natural Gas and LPG. The primary heat recovery device is a shell in shell jacket. Primary combustion air is used to recover heat from flue gases and send it directly to the burner head. The heavy oil is also heated by electric or media pre-heaters. They are fed to the burners through oil line systems or nozzle heads.
